Who operates this site
Fair Day Work is operated by Barbarossa Capital Corporation. Use the question form for privacy questions or requests.
What we collect
When you apply, we collect your name, mobile number, optional email and business name, town and work area, skills, work preferences, availability, desired hourly rate, transportation, preferred arrangement, insurance answer, and text-message choice. If you ask a question, we collect the details in that form. If you text or call us, we may collect your phone number, message, call time, and any voicemail you choose to leave. If you provide an email address, we send a confirmation link and record whether you confirm it. We may also record mobile verification results when that feature is available. We also count page visits and record the page, time, referral source, referring website, and approximate city, region, and country supplied by our hosting provider. Our visit database does not store your IP address, precise device location, or an advertising identifier. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, and access time to deliver and protect the site.
Why we use it
We use applications to review skills, contact people about possible opportunities, and organize a worker network. We use questions to respond. Form answers are self-reported; we verify relevant qualifications, coverage, and the legal work arrangement before any assignment. Software tools may help sort or summarize applications, but a person reviews hiring and assignment decisions.
Texts, calls, and email
Application and work-opportunity texts are optional. We send them only when you check the separate text-consent box or otherwise give permission. Messages may be automated, and frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or use the question form. Consent to these texts is not required to apply. Message and data rates may apply. We may send a requested verification code separately from opportunity texts and may respond to a specific inquiry where permitted.
We may use software, including an AI assistant, to answer routine text questions and help organize conversations. A person reviews hiring and assignment decisions, and we refer questions about commitments, disputes, or sensitive matters to a person. If you call one of our local numbers and leave a voicemail, we record your message so we can review it and send it to our application inbox. A synthetic voice may play the greeting. Please do not leave tax, bank, identity, or medical details in a voicemail.
Where information goes
Applications are stored in a private worker database and may be forwarded to an application inbox. Our phone, messaging, email, hosting, security, and AI service providers may process communications to operate these services. Voicemails may be delivered to that inbox as audio files. We do not sell your application or publish your details. When considering a specific job, we share only the information needed with the relevant customer, prospective worker, or company.
Security and retention
We limit access to application information and use transport security on a published site. No internet service can promise perfect security. We keep information while it is useful for possible opportunities, legitimate business records, or legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Page-visit records are deleted after 90 days. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, ID documents, or insurance certificates through this site.
Cookies and questions
Our page-visit counts use no cookies, GPS permission, or cross-site tracking. Infrastructure providers may use technical information or essential security cookies to protect and deliver the site. Use the question form to ask for a correction or deletion where applicable, or to withdraw text consent. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will update this notice if our practices materially change.
The business responsible for any later work offer will be identified in that separate agreement.
